Ticket tiers and online sales
Create the event, set the tiers, prices and limits. Tickets sell online and arrive as a QR code on the buyer's phone or in their inbox — no paper, no list at the door.
Nightlife & event venues
Neonix runs the ticketing, the door and the notification that fills the room — for nightclubs, bars and event venues. The price is published right below, in full.
Two numbers, and together they are the whole bill. No quote, no discovery call.
1 · The subscription
A fixed monthly price for the platform. It does not move with how much you sell.
United States and rest of world
US$500per month
Latin America
US$300per month
That is US$200 less in Latin America — regional pricing, not a discount: it is a different market with its own price. No expiry date, no conditions to keep it, and nothing to renegotiate later.
2 · The ticket sales fee
Charged only on tickets that actually sold through Neonix — the Neonix app or your Neonix ticket page. On those sales and nothing else.
Cash at the door, your own box office, a promoter's own channel, a partner or a reseller — none of it pays the 2%. And registering them so the door can see them changes nothing: putting a sale into the system does not make it a Neonix sale.
If you sell nothing through Neonix in a given month, your bill is the subscription and nothing else.
Cash at the door, your own box office, a promoter's channel, another platform — register it in Neonix and it behaves like any other ticket: it reaches the buyer, it scans at your door, and it counts at the gate. The door governs your whole queue, and the attendance you read at the end is the whole night — not just the part that sold through us.
Registering an outside sale does not turn it into a Neonix sale. The 2% is charged on tickets sold through Neonix and on nothing else — bringing your own sales into the system so the door can see them costs you nothing.
Your subscription includes one reader device for as long as it runs. More doors, or a bigger night than usual? Lease additional devices from us for the time you need them.
Or use a phone you already have: Neonix Reader is a published Android app — install it, sign in, and that phone is a door. It is Android only today: there is no iPhone or iPad version.

Create the event, set the tiers, prices and limits. Tickets sell online and arrive as a QR code on the buyer's phone or in their inbox — no paper, no list at the door.
Your staff scan with the Neonix Reader app on a phone: valid, already-used and refused reads are resolved on the spot, and the count moves while you watch it.
Publishing an event notifies nearby customers who opted in — once. Not once a day, not a countdown series: abusing the channel is the fastest way to lose it, so we don't.
Promoters work inside your account and every ticket they bring in is attributed to them — you see who actually filled the room, without reconciling lists the next morning.
Who comes back, which events sold and how the door behaved — read from the same system that sold the ticket, not typed into a spreadsheet afterwards.
You keep every sale: ticket money goes into your own payment account — it does not pass through us and we never hold it. Neonix invoices its own charges separately — the subscription and 2% of ticket sales made through Neonix — like any other supplier you pay. Most ticketing platforms take their cut at the source, before you ever see the money; we chose not to build it that way.
Card payments will run through local payment processors, straight into your own account. Those integrations are in progress and card payments are not live yet — we will tell you exactly where they stand when we talk, instead of printing a date here we cannot promise.
Hands-on: you talk to the people who build and run the platform — for setup, for your first events, and when something needs an answer during one. There is no ticket queue between you and us.
Selling boxes, bottle service and a pre-sale catalogue are on the roadmap. Venues ask for them and they do not exist today — we are not going to let a feature list imply otherwise.
See the full roadmapThe organizers run the fair themselves. They chose Neonix to handle staff and expositor credentials and access at the gate — photo-verified badges, scanned at real doors, in production.
The fair closes on 16 August; the measured figures land here around 25 August. Until then there is nothing to show, so we show nothing.
Tell us about your venue and we will get back to you.
