Know exactly who is on your floor

Expositors, stands, staff badges with photo verification, gate control and the report of what actually happened at the doors. Per-event pricing, published right below.

Pricing per event, published

Two numbers, and together they are the whole bill. Every tier is the same platform: the numbers change, the product does not.

1 · The tier fee

A fixed price for the event, paid once. It is the same whether you sell every ticket or none.

Bigger events change shape enough that a printed number would be a guess. Write to us and we will quote it properly.

2 · The ticket sales fee

Every tier carries the same ticket sales fee: 2% of ticket sales made through Neonix.

Why there are two numbers

The tier price covers the platform and your staff badges. The 2% of ticket sales made through Neonix is the only part of the bill that moves, and it only moves with what you actually sell through us: we earn more when you earn more, and that is the only way we earn more.

Sales you make outside Neonix are not charged the 2%

Tickets sold at your own box office, in cash at the gate, through a partner or a reseller — none of it pays the 2%. And registering them so the gate can see them changes nothing: putting a sale into the system does not make it a Neonix sale.

If nothing sells through Neonix, your bill is the tier price and nothing else.

Sold outside Neonix? It still goes through your gate.

Your own box office, cash at the entrance, an agency, another platform — register it in Neonix and it behaves like every other credential: it reaches its holder, it scans at the gate, and it counts at the gate. Your gate governs everyone who walks in, and the final gate report covers the whole event — not only the people who bought through us.

Registering an outside sale does not turn it into a Neonix sale. The 2% is charged on tickets sold through Neonix and on nothing else — bringing your own sales into the system so the gate can see them costs you nothing.

The reader device

Your tier includes one reader device for the duration of the event. Running more than one gate? Lease additional devices for the days you need them and hand them back afterwards.

Or use phones you already have: Neonix Reader is a published Android app — install it, sign in, and that phone is a gate. It is Android only today: there is no iPhone or iPad version.

What you get

Everything below is live today. Anything that is not, we say so.

Expositors and stands

Register each company, assign its stands, and set how many staff badges it gets. Each expositor manages its own people inside the limit you set.

Staff badges with photo verification

Every staff credential carries its holder's photo, captured once and resolved live at the gate — a credential that changed hands stops working.

Gate scanning

Scan people in and out at every gate: who is inside right now is something you read, not something you estimate.

Live gate view and gate report

Watch the gates in real time, then read the report: entries, exits and refusals by hour, your busiest hour, how long reads took at each door, and a CSV export.

Attendee registration

Attendees register and receive their credential digitally — in the app or by email — before they reach your entrance.

Premium badges and lanyards

The physical credentials your team and your expositors' teams wear: what comes with the tier, and what is quoted on top.

Included with your tier

They come with the tier — one for every staff badge in its allowance, the number on the tier card above. T4 is quoted together with the rest of the event.

A lanyard with every badge

Lanyards are provided by Neonix and carry Neonix branding. A special or custom lanyard design is a production run of its own and costs extra.

Your design, or one we make

Bring your own badge design and we produce it, or we design it for you — basic designs are included; a custom design is agreed when you sign.

Need more than the allowance?

Additional premium badges are available — talk to us and we will price them with you. Printing and shipping move with the run, and we would rather quote a number that holds than publish one we have to walk back.

More badges is more of the same thing, never a feature you unlock. Every Neonix account gets every feature — tiers differ in how much they cover, not in what the product can do.

The things you should know before you sign

The details a sales deck would leave for the contract. We would rather you read them now.

Staff badges are for staff

The counts above are printed credentials for your team and your expositors' teams. Your attendees do not need them: an attendee's credential is digital and free, in the app or by email. Physical badges for attendees too? Those are quoted separately — printing and shipping are real costs and we would rather bill them openly than bury them inside a tier.

Badge artwork closes 5 days before the event

Physical badges are printed and shipped to reach your venue in time, so the artwork has to be final five days before the doors open. That is a production and shipping reality, not a policy we can bend.

How billing works

You keep every sale: ticket money goes into your own payment account — it does not pass through us and we never hold it. Neonix invoices its own charges separately — the tier fee and 2% of ticket sales made through Neonix — like any other supplier you pay. Most platforms take their cut at the source, before you ever see the money; we chose not to build it that way.

Card payments will run through local payment processors, straight into your own account. Those integrations are in progress and card payments are not live yet — we will tell you exactly where they stand when we talk, instead of printing a date here we cannot promise.

Support

Stated plainly, because the difference between the tiers is real.

T1 — self-serve, or a ticket answered within 24 hours

T1 is built to be run without us. If you do need us, open a ticket and you get an answer within 24 hours. What it does not include is someone next to you while you set the event up.

T2 and above — hands-on

We set the event up with you, we are reachable while it runs, and you talk to people rather than to a queue.

In production right now

Feria Arequipa 2026 runs on this platform

The organizers run the fair themselves. They chose Neonix for expositors and stands, staff credentials with photo verification, and control at the gate — at a real fair, with real doors.

The fair closes on 16 August; the measured figures land here around 25 August. Until then there is nothing to show, so we show nothing.

Tell us about your event

Dates, expected size, how many expositors — and we will come back with the tier and anything that needs quoting.
